Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.


Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, Evelyn Grace Boutique will refund the payment within 14 days after receiving the returned item, provided it is in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Shipping fees and any customs-related costs are non-refundable.


Article 8 – Customs and VAT

Customers are solely responsible for complying with import and customs regulations in their respective country.
This includes any duties, VAT, or clearance fees imposed by local authorities.

Evelyn Grace Boutique is not the official importer for shipments outside of Canada.
Customers must ensure their purchases comply with local import requirements prior to placing an order.
Any costs resulting from customs clearance or courier administrative fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Article 9 – Compliance with CESOP

In accordance with EU regulations, payment service providers are required to record and report certain transactions to the Central Electronic System of Payment Information (CESOP).

Article 10 – Compliance and Warranty

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
If necessary, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
